About the Role:
We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). In this role, you’ll analyse user behaviour, identify optimization opportunities, and lead A/B testing initiatives to improve digital performance across web and landing pages. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, design, product, and development teams to translate insights into measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute CRO strategies to improve website and landing page performance.
Plan and run A/B and multivariate tests using tools like VWO, Google Optimize, or Optimizely.
Analyze user behaviour using Google Analytics (GA4), Hotjar, Crazy Egg, or similar tools.
Identify drop-off points and friction in digital funnels; recommend data-backed improvements.
Develop clear test hypotheses, plans, and post-test analysis reports.
Collaborate with content, design, product, and tech teams to execute and validate optimizations.
Track and report on key CRO metrics: bounce rate, engagement, CTR, CVR, and funnel progression.
Stay current with CRO trends, tools, and emerging best practices.
Preferred Skills
3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a CRO focus.
Proficient in CRO and analytics tools (VWO, GA4, Hotjar, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
Strong grasp of UX principles, user journey mapping, and landing page optimization.
Excellent analytical skills; experience with Excel, Looker Studio, or other visualization tools.
Ability to interpret A/B test results with statistical rigor.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript for minor on-page edits or testing (preferred).
Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
Demonstrated success in improving conversion metrics through structured optimization.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with eCommerce, SaaS, or lead-generation websites.
Familiarity with broader digital channels: SEO, PPC, Email, Social Media.
Certifications in CRO tools, Google Analytics, or UX design are a plus.
