Brief DescriptionPosition Summary We are looking for a dynamic, persuasive, and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is primarily focused on telephonic and virtual sales activities—not a field sales position and involves engaging with prospective clients, understanding their business needs, and offering tailored solutions from our product portfolio. Key Responsibilities

Initiate and manage sales calls with potential and existing customers to introduce the company’s software solutions and generate qualified leads. Understand customer requirements, address queries effectively, and offer solutions based on product capabilities and client needs. Maintain regular follow-ups through phone, email, or virtual meetings to nurture leads and close sales. Maintain accurate records of interactions, lead status, and deal progress using CRM or internal tracking systems. Collaborate with the marketing team to convert campaign leads into active prospects. Provide client feedback and market insights to the product and strategy teams for continuous product and process improvement. Prepare and submit timely reports on lead status, conversion metrics, and sales achievements. Participate in training sessions and regular performance reviews to continuously enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness. Uphold professional conduct and brand reputation in all interactions—calls, emails, and virtual engagements. Preferred SkillsRequired Skills & Qualifications  

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. (Specialization in Business, Marketing, or related fields is an advantage.) 2 years of experience in software product sales preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach. Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage clients virtually. Organized, goal-oriented, and capable of managing time efficiently in a fast-paced work environment. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools and CRM platforms. This role is focused on virtual sales and remote client engagement.
