VB.NET Developer - Fresher / Jr. Engineer

Brief DescriptionWe're looking for a motivated Junior VB.NET Developer to join our team and grow their skills while contributing to real-world projects in a collaborative, supportive environment. As a Junior VB.NET Developer, you will assist in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of applications built with VB.NET and the .NET Framework. You’ll work under the guidance of senior developers to learn industry best practices, contribute to coding tasks, and help ensure software quality and reliability. Key Responsibilities

Write, test, and maintain code in VB.NET and related .NET technologies Assist in the design and development of new features or enhancements to existing systems Debug and resolve basic technical issues under supervision Participate in code reviews and learn from senior team members Document code, processes, and solutions as needed Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, design, and product management Preferred Skills 0–2 years of experience in software development (internships or academic projects welcome) Basic understanding of VB.NET, .NET Framework, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Exposure to WinForms or ASP.NET Web Forms Familiarity with databases (SQL Server preferred) Willingness to learn legacy systems and modern development tools Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and teamwork skills
