Business Development and Research Trainee

Brief DescriptionWe are looking for energetic, proactive freshers who are passionate about startups, business, and technology. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and analytical skills, along with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Conduct LinkedIn scraping and lead research

Perform CRM data entry and assist with coordination tasks

Support business development outreach and follow-ups

Help prepare marketing and sales content

Assist in research and campaign execution tasks Preferred Skills

Good verbal and written communication in English

Strong reasoning and analytical ability

Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred)

Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets

Familiarity with Canva or Figma (optional)

Awareness of trends in startups, business, and tech

BSc (Computer Science) or BBA graduates with good communication skills are highly preferred—we value passion and the right attitude to learn over experience.

Training Overview

Duration: 3–6 Months (extendable based on performance)

Stipend: Based on skills and performance
