 Preferred SkillsRequired Skills & Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in sales/marketing in the IT industry

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Strong understanding of software solutions and client needs

Familiarity with consultative sales techniques

Technical background or understanding of software development is a plus

Proficient in using CRM tools for managing leads and sales data
