Hardware Design Engineer

Brief DescriptionKey Responsibilities:

Lead hardware design for EV systems—power electronics, analog/digital circuits, motor controllers Design for performance, thermal efficiency, safety, and compliance Create schematics, perform component selection, and support layout Develop validation test plans, conduct EMI/EMC and thermal testing Work closely with firmware, mechanical, and QA teams

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience in hardware design for EV/powertrain systems Strong knowledge of microcontrollers, power converters, CAN interfaces Exposure to tools like CANoe, CAPL, oscilloscopes, logic/spectrum analyzers Automotive domain knowledge and OEM/Tier‑1 collaboration experience Preferred SkillsExperience    : 10+ YearsLocation        : PuneJoining           : Immediate Work Location / Mode of Work – Hinjewadi / Work from office
