We specialize in developing scalable and secure platforms integrated with the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) and the National Health Claims Exchange (NHCX), bridging the gap between healthcare providers and payers.

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Frontend Developer (React) to lead the development of modern, intuitive, and high-performance user interfaces. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet business and user needs.

Key Responsibilities • Design and develop advanced frontend applications using React.js, TypeScript, and related technologies. • Translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality code with pixel-perfect precision. • Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. • Optimize components for maximum performance and scalability. • Lead and mentor junior frontend developers and conduct code reviews. • Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers. • Ensure responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. • Implement unit tests and support integration testing efforts. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in frontend development and propose improvements.

Required Skills and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in frontend development with a strong focus on React.js. • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS. • Solid understanding of React Hooks, Context API, Redux, and component lifecycle. • Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming. • Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or Parcel. • Knowledge of frontend testing tools like Jest, React Testing Library, etc. • Experience with version control systems (Git). • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. • Ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and lead a small team.

Nice to Have • Experience in healthcare or insurance tech platforms (ABDM/NHCX domain knowledge is a plus). • Familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD for translating design specs. • Exposure to containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes). • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
