The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B, SaaS, E-commerce, or Fintech sectors and demonstrate deep expertise in modern SEO tools, data analysis, and technical optimization. This role demands a strategic thinker capable of directly aligning SEO performance with broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities SEO Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies designed to meet lead generation goals.
Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis, with a focus on B2B and Fintech markets.
Perform technical SEO audits using tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other platforms to ensure website health and crawlability.
Data Analytics & Performance Reporting
Monitor and evaluate SEO performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio.
Deliver actionable insights through custom dashboards that highlight trends, keyword performance, traffic sources, and ROI.
Content & On-Page Optimization
Work closely with content and product marketing teams to optimize landing pages, blogs, and product copy for search engines.
Develop content briefs based on keyword intent, topic clusters, and evolving user search behaviors.
Link Building & Outreach
Create and manage white-hat backlink strategies to boost domain authority and improve SERP rankings.
Build and maintain partnerships with publishers, vendors, and content collaborators to support outreach and link acquisition.
Performance & KPI Ownership
Define, measure, and report on key SEO KPIs, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, lead quality, and conversion rates.
Identify growth opportunities, test scalable SEO tactics, and consistently drive results aligned with quarterly business objectives.
Preferred SkillsRequired Skills & Qualifications
2–5 years of hands-on SEO experience within B2B, SaaS, e-commerce, or Fintech companies.
Strong proficiency in tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and Tableau.
Experience using SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog for comprehensive SEO analysis.
In-depth knowledge of technical SEO, including Core Web Vitals, site architecture, and crawlability.
A data-driven mindset with the ability to transform analytical insights into actionable SEO strategies.
Proven experience in target-oriented SEO execution and performance reporting.
Background in lead generation-focused environments, with clear success metrics.
Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or HubSpot.
Strong ability to collaborate with product, engineering, and content teams for cross-functional alignment.
Nice to Have
Previous experience working in a Fintech marketing environment.
Exposure to marketing automation tools and CRM integrations.
Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), UX best practices, and A/B testing methodologies.
Knowledge of localization and international SEO strategies for U.S. and global markets.
