IT Sales, Dubai IT SALES – JD Position: IT Sales Work Location: Dubai Job Type: On-site, Full Time, Permanent Experience: 2 to 4 Years of IT Sales
IT Sales Person Key Responsibilities: • Identify and pursue new sales leads across SMEs and enterprise-level clients within various industries. • Promote and sell a wide range of IT solutions including: o Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) o IT infrastructure (networking, servers, storage) o Managed services and cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) o Cybersecurity solutions (firewalls, antivirus, endpoint security) o Software licensing (Microsoft, Adobe, etc.) o CCTV, access control & ELV systems • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships and act as a trusted advisor for their IT needs. • Conduct client meetings, site visits, product demos, and presentations to showcase solutions. • Understand and analyse customer requirements to propose customized IT solutions. • Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and prepare technically and commercially sound proposals. • Collaborate closely with pre-sales engineers and technical teams to ensure feasibility and successful implementation. • Negotiate terms and close contracts while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies. • Consistently follow up with leads and existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals. • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, opportunities, and activities in CRM tools. • Achieve or exceed individual monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company’s offerings. • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to management. • Stay updated with the latest trends in IT products, services, and competitors in the UAE market. • Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field. • 2 to 4 years of successful IT sales experience in the UAE. • Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, software, and cybersecurity products. • Strong network of contacts and existing client base in the UAE is an advantage. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Goal oriented, self motivated, and able to work under minimal supervision. • Proficiency in English is required; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
