Responsibilities: Define and execute the organization’s AI roadmap. Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML in business problems or enhancing existing products. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle of AI-powered tools, including ideation, prototyping, development, testing, and launch. Act as the AI subject matter expert for all stakeholders. Monitor AI industry trends and emerging technologies be upto date. Ensure AI products comply with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and ethical guidelines. Present progress, insights, and strategic recommendations to leadership. Take up the mantle of new product ideas from the innovations team and plan and execute the project. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering with specialisation in Data Science or AI. 6+ years of total experience, which includes product management and AI product planning. Technical understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, computer vision, and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Atleast 2 years of leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and budgets. Excellent analytical, communication, and client management skills. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
