Brief DescriptionWe are looking for a highly analytical and results-oriented SEO Specialist to lead and implement organic growth strategies focused on driving qualified traffic and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B, SaaS, E-commerce, or Fintech sectors, along with a solid understanding of modern SEO tools, data analysis, and technical optimization. This role demands a strategic thinker who can convert business objectives into measurable SEO performance.
Key Responsibilities SEO Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies aligned with lead generation objectives.
Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis, particularly within the B2B and Fintech sectors.
Perform technical SEO audits using tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and similar platforms to ensure optimal website health.
Data Analytics & Performance Reporting
Monitor and analyze SEO performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio.
Create actionable insights and custom dashboards to visualize trends, traffic channels, keyword performance, and ROI.
Content & On-Page Optimization
Collaborate with content and product marketing teams to optimize website pages, blog articles, and product descriptions.
Develop content briefs based on keyword intent, topic clusters, and evolving search behavior trends.
Link Building & Outreach
Plan and execute white-hat backlink strategies to improve domain authority and boost SERP positions.
Manage external relationships with publishers, vendors, and content platforms to support link-building initiatives.
Performance & KPI Ownership
Define and track key SEO metrics including organic traffic, keyword rankings, leads, and conversions.
Continuously identify growth opportunities, experiment with scalable SEO tactics, and deliver measurable results aligned with quarterly goals.
Preferred SkillsRequired Skills & Qualifications
2–5 years of hands-on SEO experience within B2B, SaaS, e-commerce, or Fintech companies.
Strong proficiency in tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and Tableau.
Experience using SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog for comprehensive SEO analysis.
In-depth knowledge of technical SEO, including Core Web Vitals, site architecture, and crawlability.
A data-driven mindset with the ability to transform analytical insights into actionable SEO strategies.
Proven experience in target-oriented SEO execution and performance reporting.
Background in lead generation-focused environments, with clear success metrics.
Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or HubSpot.
Strong ability to collaborate with product, engineering, and content teams for cross-functional alignment.
Nice to Have
Previous experience working in a Fintech marketing environment.
Exposure to marketing automation tools and CRM integrations.
Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), UX best practices, and A/B testing methodologies.
Knowledge of localization and international SEO strategies for U.S. and global markets.
