Technical Lead - iOS

Brief DescriptionKey Responsibilities

Lead the design, planning, and architecture of iOS applications developed in Swift.

Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Ensure high performance, reliability, and responsiveness across a wide range of iOS devices.

Mentor junior and mid-level iOS developers by providing technical guidance and conducting code reviews.

Uphold strong coding standards, including thorough testing and documentation throughout the development cycle.

Partner with backend and API teams to architect and integrate efficient, scalable services.

Drive continuous improvements and innovation within the mobile technology landscape.

Own the end-to-end development of features—from ideation and coding to release and performance tuning.

Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and best practices within the iOS development ecosystem.

Preferred SkillsQualifications

10+ years of experience in mobile application development, with a minimum of 6 years specializing in iOS development.

Expertise in Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, and Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines.

Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON parsing, and third-party library integration.

Experience in architecting complex mobile applications using modular design patterns (MVVM, MVI, MVP).

Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code reviews, and App Store deployment processes.

Proven track record of leading teams and mentoring iOS developers.

Familiarity with tools such as Firebase, Mixpanel, or similar analytics and crash reporting platforms.

Understanding of web app ecosystems and cross-platform compatibility.

Nice to Have

Experience with Core Bluetooth, Core Location, or real-time services integration (e.g., EV or roadside assistance).

Background in mobility, transportation, or automotive technology platforms.

Familiarity with Kotlin Multiplatform or other cross-platform frameworks.
