Key Responsibilities As our Data Architect/Manager, you will:

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable and robust database models, schemas, and data infrastructure.

Manage and mentor a high-performing team of data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and technically excellent environment.

Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and business teams to translate organizational needs into scalable data solutions.

Evaluate, select, and manage database technologies and tools that align with the company’s evolving data strategy.

Monitor system performance and data lifecycle, ensuring reliability, scalability, and efficiency across the board.

Enforce data governance policies and ensure compliance with data privacy laws and relevant regulatory standards.

Provide strategic direction for data-driven initiatives, supporting executive decision-making through a well-architected data ecosystem.

Champion best practices and lead cross-functional data efforts across departments.

Communicate progress, risks, and roadblocks to leadership, while proactively resolving issues to ensure project success.

Preferred SkillsPreferred Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

8+ years of professional experience in database development, data modeling, and architectural design.

Demonstrated success in managing teams or leading complex technical projects.

Relevant certifications such as CDMP, TOGAF, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Strong foundation in RDBMS principles, with hands-on experience in both relational and NoSQL database technologies.

Experience in the Networking or Security domain is a plus.

Practical expertise in API consumption and multi-tenant database design.

Proficiency in tools and technologies such as Oracle, MySQL, Cassandra, Talend, ETL tools, Hadoop, and more.

In-depth knowledge of database security, compliance practices, and regulatory frameworks.
