Brief DescriptionJob Summary We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a minimum of 6 years of specialized experience in Training & Development and Performance Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing learning strategies, facilitating skill enhancement, and managing the full performance management cycle to foster a culture of continuous growth and high performance.
Key Responsibilities Training & Development
Collaborate with business leaders to conduct organizational training needs assessments.
Design, develop, and implement training programs aligned with strategic business objectives.
Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and leadership development initiatives.
Monitor training effectiveness and measure ROI using performance data and participant feedback.
Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring timely updates and smooth administration.
Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with external training partners and vendors.
Lead initiatives to cultivate a learning-focused culture and support career development across the organization.
Performance Management
Manage the entire performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
Train and coach managers on effective performance evaluation methods and feedback practices.
Ensure consistency and fairness in performance ratings across departments.
Analyze performance data trends and collaborate with HRBPs and leadership to address gaps and recognize top performers.
Drive improvements in performance management tools, processes, and communication strategies.
Support succession planning and career development initiatives through performance-based insights.
Preferred SkillsQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 6+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on Learning & Development and Performance Management.
Proven success in designing impactful training programs and managing structured performance management cycles.
Hands-on experience with performance management platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Strong skills in project management, facilitation, and interpersonal communication.
Analytical mindset with experience in leveraging data and metrics for strategic decision-making.
