Brief DescriptionPosition Overview:We are in search of a seasoned and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Manager to spearhead and execute Way.com’s social media initiatives. This role is pivotal in enhancing brand presence, cultivating a loyal digital community, and driving user engagement across multiple platforms. As the Social Media Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with the content, design, and digital marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and optimize the impact of our social media efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development: Design and implement a holistic social media strategy aligned with Way.com’s brand identity and business objectives.

Content Creation & Curation: Lead the creation and curation of engaging, platform-specific content tailored for channels including Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.

Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with our online community by actively engaging with followers, addressing queries, and managing conversations.

Brand Building: Enhance brand visibility, engagement, and advocacy through effective use of social platforms.

Analytics & Reporting: Track and assess performance metrics to refine strategies and report key insights and KPIs to stakeholders.

Collaborations & Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with influencers, brands, and collaborators to extend reach and boost engagement.

Trend Spotting: Monitor emerging trends, technologies, and new platforms to keep Way.com at the forefront of social media innovation.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across content, design, product, and customer service to align social media efforts with wider marketing and business goals.

Budget Management: Oversee the social media marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI.

Crisis Management: Handle negative feedback or social media crises promptly and professionally, protecting brand reputation.

Preferred Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

A minimum of 9 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record in executing successful campaigns and growing brand presence.

Deep understanding of all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their role in business development.

Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Socialbakers).

Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.

Strong creative acumen combined with strategic thinking capabilities.

Expertise in paid social media strategies and advertising techniques.

Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines.

A passion for digital innovation and staying up to date with evolving social media trends and technologies.
