Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Specialist with 2–5 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on Search Engine Optimization (SEO), a flair for video content creation (especially reels), and a deep understanding of digital trends and audience behavior. You will play a critical role in enhancing our brand presence, improving organic reach, and driving engagement across platforms.
Key Responsibilities: SEO & Content Optimization
*Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO.
*Optimize website content, blog articles, and landing pages.
*Perform regular site audits, track rankings, and generate performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
*Collaborate with developers and content writers to implement SEO best practices.
*Social Media & Video Marketing
*Create and edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok videos aligned with current trends.
*Plan and execute campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
*Monitor and analyze performance metrics to fine-tune content strategies.
*Content & Campaign Management
*Create compelling digital content including captions, creatives, blogs, and video scripts.
*Execute email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
*Work closely with designers, sales, and product teams to align marketing messages.
*Trend Monitoring & Innovation
*Stay updated with the latest digital trends, algorithm changes, and platform features.
*Experiment with new formats and content ideas to maximize reach and engagement.
*Communication & Collaboration
*Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and assets.
*Present campaign performance reports and growth strategies to stakeholders.
Key Skills & Requirements: *2–5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, with strong SEO expertise.
*Proficiency in digital tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar video editing tools).
*Strong experience in reel/video content creation and editing.
*Deep understanding of social media algorithms, content formats, and user engagement tactics.
*Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and techniques.
*Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and adapt quickly to change.
*Client interaction experience
Bonus Points: Google Ads or HubSpot certification.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or WordPress.
Experience in influencer marketing or community building.
