Head – Academic Counsellor • Supervise academic counselling operations and mentor junior counsellors • Guide students on program selection, academic planning, and performance improvement • Address student queries and provide individualized academic support • Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for student services • Maintain and update accurate counselling and student progress records • Monitor team performance and ensure monthly/quarterly enrolment targets are met • Prepare reports for internal audits and ensure regulatory compliance • Support academic events, orientation programs, and institutional initiatives • Should represent company in university events and meetings. • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Leadership and team management abilities • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and reporting tools • Ability to meet targets • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with student counselling processes and university systems
