Brief DescriptionBrandfell is seeking a Customer Support cum Admin professional to handle client communications, support tasks, and day-to-day administrative activities. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and keeping operations running smoothly.   Key Responsibilities

Provide prompt, polite, and effective customer support via phone, email, and other channels

Handle cold calling and follow-ups with prospective clients to introduce Brandfell’s services and generate interest

Manage and update client records, lead pipelines, and internal documentation

Assist in scheduling meetings, calls, and ensuring follow-ups happen on time

Prepare and send proposals, reports, and other client communications as needed

Support day-to-day administrative operations to keep the team organized and efficient

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries or escalate issues when necessary

 Preferred SkillsRequired Skills & Experience

Excellent communication skills — both spoken and written

Experience in customer support, telemarketing, or admin roles preferred

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Proficiency with office tools (MS Office/Google Workspace) and basic CRM systems

Confident, approachable, and professional when interacting with clients

Ability to multitask and work under pressure
