Jr Business Analyst

Jr Business Analyst Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to support business analysis and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 0–2 years of relevant experience in gathering requirements, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders. Work with product owners, project managers, and technical teams to translate business needs into technical specifications. Conduct market and competitor research to support strategy development. Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. Help define and document workflows, processes, and use cases. Support in preparing reports, presentations, and business cases for proposed solutions. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in training and support documentation. Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure deliverables meet business expectations. Continuously learn and apply BA tools and techniques to improve project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role. Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Basic Understanding on BRD, SRS, FRD, User stories and Flowcharts. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with business analysis tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
