Brief DescriptionECS Fin is presently looking for a Business Analyst. Position: Business AnalystLocation: Trivandrum ECS Fin is an engineering enterprise that specializes in process optimization. Our software solutions which include an enterprise messaging management system, a SWIFT certified transaction processing system, a post trade processing application and a treasury management system are used by different Financial Institutions and Corporates all over the world.  Preferred Skills Must have 1-3 years of experience Excellent in writing BRDs and FSDs Experience in solving complex functional issues Facilitating User training and Support UAT Strong Stakeholder Management and excellent communication skills Deliver projects and products using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently  Work with Project Manager to define the project expectations and translate this into user stories Higly passionate about the profession and willingness to travel Knowledge of Banking Domain is a plus  Experience in International/ Domestic Payments will be an added advantage
