SOFTWARE TEST ENGINEER 1. Need to do in-depth manual testing of application. 2. Need to work in line with the working time of clients which will be different from IST. 3. Need to handle post release client calls and help support resources in finding the RCA of the issues getting reported from client 4. Need to give highest priority to production issues getting reported and need to provide solutions to clients as per the TAT organization have. 5. Need to keep a very good rapport between functional. development, support teams and clients. 6. Flair for test automation and security testing
