Academic Counselor

Academic Counselor Location: MashupTech, Infopark Position: Academic Counselor Experience Level: Freshers Preferred Gender Preference: Female Candidates Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized counseling to students regarding course selections and academic pathways. Assist students with the admissions process and clarify program requirements. Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to discuss academic concerns. Organize and facilitate workshops on academic and career planning. Maintain comprehensive records of student interactions and follow up on their progress. Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance student support services. Keep abreast of educational trends and opportunities relevant to students.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills. A genuine interest in supporting student success.

Preferred Skills: Previous experience in counseling or educational roles (internships/volunteering). Familiarity with various academic programs and career options.
