 * Overall 3- 4 years  * Strong understanding of Agresso ERP, including its financial modules   * Proven experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting  * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills  * Strong communication and interpersonal skills  * Ability to work independently and as part of a team  * Experience with SQL and scripting languages

  Responsibilities  * Provide technical support: Offer first-line and second-line support to users regarding Agresso system issues, queries, and troubleshooting.  * Resolve system issues: Diagnose and resolve system problems, including errors, performance issues, and data inconsistencies.  * Maintain system stability: Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement preventive measures to ensure optimal system uptime.  * Configure and customize: Configure and customize Agresso to meet specific business requirements, including workflows, reports, and dashboards.  * Data management: Assist in data migration, data cleansing, and data validation processes.  * User training: Conduct training sessions for users on Agresso functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.  * Stay updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest Agresso releases, patches, and best practices.  * Collaborate with teams: Work closely with other IT teams, finance teams, and business users to ensure smooth system operations.
