We are currently looking for a highly motivated team player to be part of this team which is also responsible for management reporting and analysis which entails attention to detail and accuracy. This job presents an opportunity to enhance your knowledge and experience while being part of a process-oriented team. The successful candidate will be responsible for: The Role:

Post and allocate customer payments come through checks, bank transfer and credit cards. ​Reconciliation of customer account balances. ​Prepare and summarise monthly aged reports for debtors. ​Download bank statement and account it. ​Monthly reconciliation of bank accounts in multiple currencies. ​Account for realised and unrealised fx gain on foreign currency transactions. Preferred Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from any recognized university is mandatory. ​Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in captive BPO or shared services, handling financial processing specifically in accounts receivable related tasks and exposure in bank reconciliation. ​Experience in Unit4 Business World Agresso ERP is an advantage. ​Good knowledge in MS excel. ​Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Independently handled communications with internal or external stakeholders effectively. ​Highly organized with ability to work on own initiative, prioritize workload and meet deadlines. ​Handled all Sales related queries, liaising with customers / banks. ​Knowledge in General ledger functions will be an added advantage.  Immediate Joining.
