As an account payable resource you will be providing financial, administrative, and clerical services that ensure effective, efficient, and accurate financial and administrative operations. This role requires adherence to established finance team procedures, maintaining relevant controls, and identifying opportunities for process efficiencies. Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations:

Process daily financial transactions accurately and efficiently in line with department procedures. Monitor and manage incoming communications and department mailboxes. Promptly escalate any errors, omissions, risks, or unusual issues.

Accounts and Reconciliation:

Perform tasks such as inputting invoices/expenses, reconciling accounts, processing payment runs, and matching payments made. Highlight and address any issues promptly and effectively.

Process Improvements and System Development:

Support the implementation of changes to improve efficiencies and reporting to meet business needs. Assist in the development of the Finance Accounting system, enhancing reporting and finance processes.

Team Support and Collaboration:

Foster a culture of expert insight, innovation, and process improvement. Ensure consistent application of group accounting policies. Assist colleagues with ad hoc projects and queries.

Audit and Compliance:

Support external year-end audits as required.

 Preferred Skills 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable processes, preferably in an MNC. All tasks must be handled with professionalism and confidentiality. Strong communication skills. Self-confidence and proactivity. Flexibility and adaptability. Team-oriented mindset. Self-motivation and self-management.
