Position Overview: We are looking for a talented Platform Business Analyst to play a key role in shaping and optimizing our platform's functionality and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, data analysis, and platform management, with a passion for driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Experience: 3-5 years

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Elicitation and Analysis: ● Collaborate with stakeholders including product managers, developers, and end-users to gather and analyse business requirements. ● Conduct interviews, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to understand user needs and pain points. ● Document and prioritize requirements using techniques such as user stories, use cases, and requirement traceability matrices. · Domain Knowledge in SaaS and Healthcare: ● Possess a deep understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) models and the unique challenges and opportunities they present. ● Acquire knowledge of healthcare industry standards, regulations (such as HIPAA), and best practices relevant to software product development. · Product Roadmapping and Planning: ● Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps in alignment with business objectives and market trends. ● Work with product owners to prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and market demand. · Functional and Non-functional Requirements Definition: ● Document functional requirements such as user interface specifications, data models, and system behaviors. ● Specify non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, security, and compliance needs for SaaS and healthcare applications. · Use Case Modeling and User Story Development: ● Create detailed use case diagrams and flowcharts to illustrate system interactions and business processes. ● Define user stories with acceptance criteria that capture end-user needs and facilitate Agile development processes. · Requirements Validation and Verification: ● Validate requirements with stakeholders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business objectives. ● Verify requirements against predefined criteria to ensure they are testable, feasible, and verifiable. · Prototyping and Wireframing: ● Develop wireframes and prototypes to visualize user interfaces and validate design concepts with stakeholders. ● Gather feedback on prototypes to refine and iterate on product designs before development. · Data Analysis and Modeling: ● Analyze data requirements and develop data models to support SaaS and healthcare software applications. ● Define data migration and integration requirements for transitioning between legacy systems and new solutions. · Collaboration with Development Teams: ● Work closely with development teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and priorities. ● Provide clarifications and insights to developers during implementation, addressing any ambiguities or gaps in requirements. · Change Management and Documentation: ● Manage change requests and assess their impact on project scope, timeline, and budget. ● Maintain requirement documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders. · User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support: ● Collaborate with QA teams and end-users to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria for UAT. ● Assist in conducting UAT sessions and resolving issues identified during testing. · Continuous Improvement: ● Seek opportunities to improve processes, tools, and methodologies used in requirements elicitation and analysis. ● Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in SaaS and healthcare software development.
