Business Analyst (Qatar/Pune)

Brief Description Location: Onsite (Qatar) / Offshore (Pune)

Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst who has to be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing system development / product implementation strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of Finance and Airline Business. Experience in the Vendor Product Implementation and In-house Software Development Projects Preferred SkillsAgile, Business Analysis, Communication Skills, Finance & Airline Business Experience 

Minimum 6-7 years as a Business Analyst. Must have hands-on experience in requirements analysis and documentation. Must have good analytical skills. Must be able to foster teamwork among team members. Airline domain experience will be a added advantage. Must have strong communication skills. Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum principles. Scrum certification will be an added advantage.
