Product Operations Executive - Digital Health SaaS

Brief DescriptionPosition Overview We're seeking a customer-focused Product Operations Executive to be the bridge between our healthcare clients and our technical teams. You'll provide expert support for our B2B digital health platform, manage technical setups, and ensure seamless customer experiences. Core Responsibilities

Product Support: Handle inquiries on product features, issue investigation and resolution, where required in collaboration with other teams. Customer Onboarding: Supporting customers on setups of their preferred product configurations involving white-labelling, configuration of their 3rd party service accounts Customer Success: Help customers derive the best value for their business from the product features by engaging with customers and educating them on how best to use the product.

Has strong technical aptitude with web and mobile apps and embraces technology as a tool for creating efficient workflows Possesses exceptional communication skills with both customers and technical teams Demonstrates initiative, ownership mentality, and analytical problem-solving abilities Process-oriented thinker who continuously evaluates and optimizes workflows for maximum efficiency Knowledge steward who actively maintains and updates team documentation and knowledge bases Customer value champion who leverages every interaction to help clients maximize their product ROI Balances customer advocacy with organizational priorities Understands healthcare technology environments, security and compliance considerations Has previously worked on supporting a SaaS product
