Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer with 4 to 10 years of hands-on experience in designing and enhancing engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of aesthetics, usability, and the ability to turn complex business requirements into clean, user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Design visually appealing, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications. Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate design ideas. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align user experience with business goals. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to ensure intuitive usability. Maintain consistency across design elements and uphold design system standards. Optimize user interfaces for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness. Stay current with UI/UX trends, design patterns, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Master’s degree in design, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with strong academic performance. 4 to 10 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer. Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy. Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms (iOS and Android). Familiarity with HTML/CSS and frontend collaboration workflows. Solid portfolio demonstrating impactful UI/UX design work. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

Experience working with design systems and reusable component libraries. Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design. Experience with prototyping animations and micro-interactions. Exposure to tools like Zeplin, Storybook, or InVision. Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (React, Vue, etc.) is a bonus.
