Role Overview • We’re hiring a Business Analyst to join our product and innovation team. This role is central to aligning product vision with execution connecting ideas, data, and people to deliver meaningful outcomes. • You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to conduct discovery, define user stories, and ensure delivery clarity. This is a highly collaborative and structured role that requires both technical fluency and excellent people skills. Key Responsibilities • Engage with stakeholders across functions to gather, clarify, and prioritize business requirements. • Own the authoring of user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria for engineering and product teams. • Conduct deep-dive research, competitor benchmarking, and user journey mapping to inform product decisions. • Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and alignment meetings with product, design, data, and AI teams. • Translate business needs into structured, actionable documentation for delivery teams. • Support the product lead (you’ll work directly with a senior stakeholder) on high-impact cross-functional initiatives. What You’ll Need to Succeed • Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, or a similar role in a tech-first organization. • Strong communication and alignment skills—you drive clarity even in ambiguity. • Experience writing structured user stories and acceptance criteria in agile teams. • Demonstrated understanding of technical concepts including APIs, databases, AI, and automation workflows. • Problem-solving orientation with a structured thought process and strong analytical instincts. • Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholder expectations while keeping delivery grounded. Preferred Qualifications • Background in computer science, IT, or related technical disciplines: • B.Tech (CS/IT), M.Tech (CS), MCA, M.Sc (CS), MBA. • Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or Miro. • Exposure to AI/ML-driven platforms or recruitment/sales automation environments. • Prior experience working with agile delivery teams, especially in SaaS or enterprise tech environments. • Experience conducting user research or discovery sessions directly with end users or clients.
