Business Development Manager (Remote- Female Candidates) Role and Responsibilities
- Lead generation and qualifying prospects.
- Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads.
- Day-to-day account management and development.
- Source and work customer referrals.
- Answer all lead and customer questions accurately.
- Prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed.
- Managing and maintaining a balance between new business prospecting and managing existing clients.
Requirements 1.A self-motivator drove growth and success. 2.A strong customer focus, a keen sense of urgency, and a high level of energy. 3.A proactive thinker who recognizes and understands our business strategy/direction. 4.Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills. 5.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 6.Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in sales, business development or related positions. 7.Candidate must be proficient in Hindi/Punjabi/Tamil/Telugu & English with technology sales experience.
