Business Analyst

Business Analyst We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong communication skills, project management exposure, and a background in software product environments. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Business Analyst with a technical understanding, enabling them to effectively bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.

This is a full-time, onsite role based at Infopark, Cochin, and may require occasional client travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.

• Work closely with product and development teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support project planning, execution, and successful delivery.

• Analyze data, workflows, and existing systems to identify gaps and areas for improvement.

• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.

-Prepare well-structured and effective emails, reports, and business communications.

-Create professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and client meetings.

• Assist in creating product documentation, business process models, and user manuals.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring professionalism and clarity in all interactions.

• Be a reliable team player who contributes to collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
