Brief DescriptionOverview:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Data Center Infrastructure Sales - JuniorExecutive to join our growing team. The role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who isenthusiastic about sales operations, CRM management, client engagement, and cross-departmental collaboration. The ideal candidate will support the sales team by managinginquiries, portals, periodic follow-ups, social media marketing, and assisting with clientresolutions while maintaining strong relationships. The role also includes generating leadsthrough referrals and industry events and ensuring seamless client interactions. Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the data centresector.2. Generate leads through various channels, including cold calls and social media.3. Identify new business opportunities and channel partners to expand market reach.4. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to spot trends and potentialgrowth areas.5. Perform basic analysis of client requirements and facilitate effective communicationwith the technical team.6. Update and maintain sales records in the CRM system accurately and promptly.7. Generate and analyze CRM reports to identify trends and opportunities.8. Manage internal ticketing systems and portals.9. Track, manage, and ensure all tickets are resolved efficiently with accurate follow-ups.10. Handle sales inquiries through live chat, help desk tickets, and phone calls.11. Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries.12. Perform periodic follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns.13. Maintain cordial and professional relationships with clients/customers to foster long-term partnerships.14. Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Operations, Support, Billing, TechnicalTeams) to resolve client concerns and ensure quick TAT.15. Coordinate with teams to provide speedy resolutions to concerns raised by clientsdirectly.16. Escalate complex issues to seniors when required to deliver appropriate solutions.17. Send daily shift reports to the Sales Manager/Shift Admin for review and feedback.18. Assist in preparing reports for sales performance, client inquiries, and resolutionstatus.19. Engage in social media marketing activities to generate leads and increase brandvisibility.20. Identify and participate in IT/Technology-related networking events periodically tobuild connections and promote company services.21. Generate income from referrals, industry events, and networking opportunities.22. Act as a point of contact for resolving client concerns efficiently and effectively.23. Follow up with clients to ensure high-quality service delivery and satisfaction.24. Initiate and handle tender processes, including understanding terms and conditionsand coordinating discussions with stakeholders & internal departments.    Preferred SkillsKey Skills & Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Computers / IT, Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.• 0-2 years of experience in a sales support or similar role.• Proficiency in Sales CRM tools (e.g., ZOHO, Salesforce) will be an advantage.• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & native languages (verbal andwritten) to handle client interactions.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).• Exposure to social media marketing and client outreach strategies.• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.
