Senior Java Developer with Investment Banking Domain experience Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer to join our team and play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our software applications. You will be responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and deployment in the development environment and to provide proper documentation for the same.

Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. Analyze and understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using best practices and industry as well as company standards. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems effectively. Collaborate effectively with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical guidance and support. Participate in the design and implementation of software architecture and infrastructure. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Senior Developer or a similar role. Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying software applications in investment Domain. Strong proficiency in Java and J2EE technologies and spring boot. Familiarity with various software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Passion for software development and a continuous learning mindset. Experience in capital market or financial domain is value addition
