Inside Sales Representative (IT B2B) Position Overview: Experience: Minimum 5 years Location: Kochi Infopark Work mode: Hybrid Shift time: 5PM to 2AM IST

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Manager with a strong background in B2B sales. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in end-to-end sales processes, including product demonstrations, market research, and international sales, with a focus on the US market. Experience in SaaS sales is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. End-to-End Sales Management: o Lead the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. o Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. o Ensure seamless handover of closed deals to the onboarding team.

  2. Product Demonstrations: o Conduct engaging and informative product demos to potential clients. o Tailor presentations to address client-specific needs and pain points.

  3. International Sales: o Develop and execute strategies for international markets, with a focus on the US market. o Understand and navigate different cultural and business nuances to ensure successful deal closures.

  4. SaaS Sales Expertise: o Utilize your experience in SaaS sales to effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions. o Stay updated on the latest trends in SaaS and technology sales.

  5. Market Research & Strategy: o Conduct thorough market studies to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends. o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns.

  6. Team Collaboration: o Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment in achieving business objectives. o Provide feedback to the product team based on customer interactions and market insights.

  7. Sales Reporting & KPIs: o Track and report on key sales metrics, including pipeline status, conversion rates, and revenue targets. o Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate sales records and forecasts. Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on SaaS and technology products. • Proven track record of success in end-to-end sales processes, including international sales and market expansion. • Strong experience in conducting product demos and addressing client-specific needs. • Expertise in the US market is preferred. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in leading and mentoring sales teams. • A deep understanding of SaaS products and industry trends. • Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
