Java SR/Team Lead

Java SR/Team Lead Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Java Team Lead with strong backend development experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent coding skills, hands-on expertise in Spring Boot, ORM tools, and Microservices Architecture, along with leadership capabilities to mentor and guide a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of Java developers and coordinate the design and development of scalable backend services.

Architect and implement complex backend systems using Spring Boot and Microservices.

Develop and maintain clean, efficient, and reusable code.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, QA, and DevOps.

Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to best practices.

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and team performance.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Core Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

Deep hands-on experience with Spring Boot and related frameworks.

Solid understanding of Microservices architecture and design patterns.

Experience with ORM tools such as Hibernate or JPA.

Proficiency in RESTful API development and integration.

Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and NoSQL databases is a plus.

Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
