In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, using data-driven insights to identify problems, propose solutions, and drive strategic decision-making. Job description:   ·       Exhibited good requirement gathering and analytical skills to understand complex project requirements and further documenting those as Use Cases, SRS, BRD etc. ·       Collaborate with business, product and technology teams to develop the software solutions required by the clients ·       Excellent communication and inter-personal skills with good verbal and written English language proficiency ·       Should have worked extensively with international clients ·       Deep dive and acquire an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices and apply when solving business problems ·       Understand RFP requirements and provide optimum business solutions ·       Knowledge of development life cycle, concepts and practices, draft proposal responses ·       Preferred to have a technical background, but not mandatory   Key responsibilities: ·       Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements ·       Gather, document, and analyze functional and non-functional requirements ·       Translate business needs into clear specifications for technical teams ·       Conduct data analysis and interpret trends to support business decisions ·       Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations ·       Create user stories, process flows, and wireframes as needed ·       Support project management teams in scope definition, risk analysis, and solution evaluation ·       Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements through rigorous testing and validation ·       Assist in the development of training materials and user documentation   Qualifications ·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. ·       Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) is a plus   Skills and Abilities ·       Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on traffic management requirements. ·       Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. ·       Effective communication and interpersonal skills with traffic management authorities and internal teams.Preferred SkillsPlease share the details below.
