Business Development Manager We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager with proven experience in the IT services sector. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, presenting our solutions through engaging video demos, and building lasting relationships with potential clients in B2B environments.

Desired Profile

Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities through a mix of cold calling, networking, and client visits Conduct online demos to showcase IT services and solutions tailored to client needs Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows Understand customer requirements and translate them into actionable proposals Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue

Roles and Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or IT-related field (MBA preferred) 3+ years of business development experience in IT services Hands-on experience with conducting virtual IT service demos over Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with B2B sales strategies and long sales cycles
