About The Role We are looking for a skilled RPA Developer with 3-7 years of experience in UiPath to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency. The candidate should have expertise in designing, developing, and deploying UiPath-based RPA solutions.

Responsibilities • Design and develop end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath. • Work with business teams to understand automation requirements. • Develop and maintain RPA workflows, bots, and automation scripts. • Optimize and enhance existing RPA solutions for better efficiency. • Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of RPA processes. • Monitor and maintain RPA bots in production. • Ensure compliance with security and governance policies for automation.

Requirements • 3-7 years of experience in RPA development using UiPath. • Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework. • Experience in developing attended and unattended bots. • Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and web scraping techniques. • Understanding of process automation best practices and governance. • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • UiPath certifications (UiPath Certified RPA Developer) are a plus.
