About The Role We are seeking an experienced Performance Tester with 3-7 years of expertise in JMeter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing application performance, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring scalability and reliability across different platforms.

Responsibilities • Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using JMeter. • Conduct load, stress, scalability, and endurance testing. • Analyze performance test results and generate detailed reports. • Identify and troubleshoot performance issues and bottlenecks. • Optimize application performance in collaboration with development teams. • Monitor server and application performance using APM tools (Dynatrace, New Relic, etc.). • Ensure test environments are correctly configured for performance testing.

Requirements • 3-7 years of experience in Performance Testing using JMeter. • Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices. • Experience in analyzing server logs, CPU, memory, and network metrics. • Proficiency in scripting languages (Java, Groovy, Python) is a plus. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (AWS/Azure). • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. • Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
