As a Senior Visual Designer, you’ll shape high-impact design assets, elevate brand presence, and mentor a growing design team. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every visual speaks with clarity, emotion, and intent. Job Specification / Skills and Competencies : Visual & Brand Design Excellence: Create visually cohesive assets across campaigns, internal communication, and branding with strong design systems and color theory. Brand Guidelines: Create and enforce detailed brand guidelines to help internal teams and partners maintain brand integrity in all communication. Motion & Video Design: Ideate and produce motion graphics, explainer videos, and visual animations aligned with modern trends and tools (e.g., After Effects, Lottie). AI & Emerging Tools: Use emerging tools like Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, and Midjourney to enhance visual storytelling and productivity. Cross-Platform Design Mastery: Adapt designs for web, mobile and social media. Stay updated with platform-specific standards and accessibility. Mentorship & Collaboration: Mentor junior designers and collaborate across product, content, and marketing teams for unified creative outputs. Print & Physical Media Design:Develop brochures, flyers, posters, event branding, and other physical assets with deep knowledge of print processes and finishes, ensuring production-ready files. Digital Design & UI Elements: Contribute to website design components, microsites, newsletters, and dashboards—aligning with UX/UI best practices. Design Ops & Systems: Develop scalable design systems, maintain style guides, and optimize workflows using tools like Figma, Notion. Attention to Detail: Ensure precision in layout, alignment, typography, and version control promoting pixel-perfect output. Social Media Design & Optimization: Design platform-specific creatives, keeping up to date with sizing, aspect ratios, and best practices for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms. Vendor Management: Liaise with printers, production vendors, and freelancers to ensure quality output, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of materials. Material & Manufacturing Awareness: Choose appropriate materials and finishes for print and physical production, understanding textures, weights, coatings, and feasibility.
