We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Counselor to join our education-based project, EduGuild. EduGuild is committed to transforming the learning experience for students and educators by providing high-quality educational resources and services that empower learners to reach their full potential. Job Summary: As a Sales Counselor, you will play a crucial role in the sales team by promoting our educational courses and services to potential clients. You will be responsible for understanding the needs of prospective clients, providing detailed information about our offerings, and converting inquiries into successful enrollments. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for education. Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective clients through various channels (phone, email, in-person meetings) to provide information about our educational products and services. Conduct needs analysis to understand the specific requirements of each client and recommend appropriate solutions. Present and demonstrate the value of our products and services to prospective clients. Follow up with leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and stay updated on industry trends and developments. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns. Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to the management team. Participate in educational fairs, conferences, and other promotional events to represent the company and generate leads.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. A Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field(Preferred). Experience in sales, preferably in the education sector. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred SkillsSkills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to understand and articulate complex educational concepts and solutions.
