SMT Pre-Reflow/Online Inspection Operator

(2022/2023/2024/2025 passed out batch) Reports to: Production Supervisor/Manager Job Summary: We're seeking skilled SMT Pre-Reflow/Online Inspection Operators to ensure high-quality PCB assembly. You'll inspect PCBs at various stages, identifying defects and ensuring compliance with quality standards.   Key Responsibilities:  

1. Inspect PCBs pre-reflow, identifying defects (e.g., component placement, soldering).
2. Use inspection equipment (e.g., AOI, SPI) to detect defects.
3. Record and report defects, tracking quality metrics.
4. Collaborate with production team to resolve quality issues.
5. Follow IPC standards, quality procedures, and safety guidelines.
6. Maintain inspection equipment, ensuring proper functioning.
7. Troubleshoot basic inspection issues.   Requirements:  
8. Experience with SMT inspection processes and equipment.
9. Knowledge of electronics components, PCB assembly, and IPC standards.
10. Attention to detail, quality-focused.
11. Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
12. Good communication and teamwork skills.Preferred SkillsPreferred Skills:  
13. IPC certification (e.g., IPC-A-610).
14. Experience with specific inspection equipment (e.g., AOI, SPI).
15. Familiarity with quality control processes and lean manufacturing.
16. Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC).   Working Conditions:  
17. Cleanroom or production floor environment.
18. May require standing, walking, and lifting.
