Understand user needs through research, interviews, and data

Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile platforms

Collaborate with developers to ensure design quality is implemented

Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback

Develop and maintain design systems and style guides

Contribute to product strategy with user-centered insights

Work with marketing or branding teams when needed

Preferred Skills

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent tools

Solid understanding of UX principles and best practices

Strong UI design skills with attention to detail

Experience designing for web and mobile (iOS/Android)

Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards

Familiar with design handoff tools like Zeplin, Avocode, or Figma Inspect

Experience with motion graphics or micro-interactions (After Effects, Lottie)

Understanding of basic front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Branding, illustration, or graphic design experience

Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, GA) for user behavior insights
