Hiring Solution Architect - 10 plus experience

Brief DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to drive the technical vision and architectural design of enterprise-scale applications. This role emphasizes multi-cloud microservices architectures and cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI. You’ll play a pivotal role in creating scalable solutions that align with both business goals and emerging technology trends. Key Responsibilities:

Architect and Design: Build scalable, resilient microservices architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring enterprise-grade performance and reliability. Innovation: Integrate Generative AI technologies for use cases such as predictive analytics, process automation, and customer engagement. Blueprint Development: Create detailed architecture blueprints, technical specifications, and design documents. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide development teams on cloud-native application design using Python, Next.js, MERN stack, and best practices. Emerging Technologies: Stay ahead of trends, including serverless computing, edge computing, and low-code platforms, recommending solutions to enhance systemcapabilities. Business Alignment: Translate business objectives into robust technical solutions that deliver measurable outcomes, such as cost efficiency and user satisfaction. Governance: Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to security, scalability, and performance standards. Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and DevOps teams to align technical solutions with business priorities. Preferred Skills Experience: 10+ years in software development with 3+ years in architectural roles. Expertise in microservices architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-native development. Proficiency with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, MongoDB, and REST APIs. Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform). Practical experience in multi-cloud environments and integrating Generative AI solutions. Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills to mentor teams and influence stakeholders.
