Full Stack Developer Experience : 5+ Years | Work Location : Kochi

What we're looking for

This role demands a blend of technical skills in front-end and back-end development, with a keen eye for design. Your area of focus will be in developing and managing web and mobile applications by working conjointly with the UI Developers, QA Engineers, Delivery Managers & other project stakeholders ensuring timely project delivery with high quality.

The right candidate for this position will be an expertise in PHP frameworks, JavaScript frameworks like NodeJS, ReactJS, Angular, VueJS, and relational Database technologies. Responsibilities

• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code, ensuring high coding standards
• Adhere to the defined / established process, architectural guidelines, policies & SOPs.
• Maintain legacy code written by other developers, including bug fixes.
• Work with minimal support on complex & challenging tasks.
• Design, implement, and maintain web service APIs.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and resolve system limitations.
• Suggest process improvements to the Team Lead in a continuous improvement manner.
• Adhere to the defined process, policies & SOPs.
• Be a great Team player who will have proactive communications to resolve dependencies within & outside the Development department & the project teams.
• Engage in conversations that are objective & data-driven and be able to put the quality of the deliverables as the topmost priority.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in end-to-end development of web applications including Front-End, Back-End and Database
• Extensive experience in PHP frameworks or server-side NodeJS
• Proficiency in any JavaScript frameworks or libraries like ReactJS, Angular or VueJS
• Experience in any relational database technologies like SQL server.
• Exposure to Cloud (AWS/Azure) development experience.
• Familiarity in common programming design patterns and best practices.
• Strong knowledge in Branching and version control tools.
• Strong organising, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Must be an enthusiast with a go-for-it attitude.
• Have an urge to collaborate and communicate asynchronously.
• Can balance multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
