Claims Intake Caller We are seeking a Claims Intake Caller to be the first point of contact for policyholders filing claims. In this role, you will provide a professional and compassionate experience while collecting key claim details and ensuring timely processing.

Key Responsibilities: ✅ Answer inbound calls from policyholders regarding claims ✅ Collect and document relevant claim information accurately ✅ Provide initial guidance on the claims process ✅ Direct complex inquiries to appropriate departments ✅ Maintain professionalism and empathy in every interaction

Qualifications: ✔️ Flawless reading and writing skills in English (grammar, spelling, and clarity must be excellent) ✔️ Strong communication and customer service skills ✔️ Prior experience in insurance, customer service, or call center preferred ✔️ Ability to multitask and input data efficiently ✔️ High attention to detail and accuracy ✔️ Proficiency with computer systems and phone-based support
