QA Lead We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated QA Lead to manage and oversee the testing efforts of our software development lifecycle. The QA Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products, develop testing strategies, and provide leadership to the QA team. This role demands a balance of technical expertise, leadership skills, and hands-on involvement in Health care domain.
Job Description:
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
- Experience in project management and QA methodology
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
- Analyzing users stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
- Collaborate closely with other team members and departments
- Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)
- Execute test cases and analyze results
- Proven written/verbal communication skills and ability to communication with global teams
- Proficiency in test management tools JIRA will be mandate
- Knowledge in healthcare domain.
- Experience in health care domain is a mandate.
Required Skills/Experience
- 5-7 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least [2+] years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in writing Test case and test plan
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
