Lead- UI Developer (08-12 Years) We are looking for a highly skilled Lead UI Developer with expertise in Angular and Node.js to drive the development of high-quality user interfaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience leading a UI development team, be well-versed in unit testing frameworks like Jasmine, and be a go-getter with a keen eye for code quality. The person should be able to provide candid feedback, mentor the team, and ensure best UI/UX practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead the design, development, and implementation of UI components using Angular and Node.js. -Architect scalable and maintainable UI solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. -Mentor and guide a team of UI developers, providing technical direction and code reviews. -Enforce high-quality coding practices by implementing unit testing frameworks like Jasmine/Karma. -Ensure seamless integration of front-end components with backend services. -Collaborate with UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver an exceptional user experience. -Take ownership of UI performance optimizations, accessibility, and security best practices. -Drive code reviews, design discussions, and technical improvements within the team. -Provide candid and constructive feedback to improve team performance and code quality. -Stay updated with the latest UI trends, frameworks, and best practices to enhance product quality.

Required Skills & Experience:

-6+ years of experience in UI development with at least 2+ years in a lead role. -Strong expertise in Angular (latest versions) and Node.js. -Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS/SASS. -Experience with unit testing frameworks like Jasmine/Karma and end-to-end testing tools. -Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and front-end integration patterns. -Strong knowledge of state management (RxJS, NgRx, Redux) and UI performance optimizations. -Hands-on experience with version control (Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket) and CI/CD pipelines. -Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. -Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver high-quality code under deadlines. -Excellent communication and team leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and provide clear feedback.
