Brief DescriptionResponsibilities• Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.• Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.• Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.• Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.• Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.• Providing recruitment reports to team managers.  Preferred SkillsSkills and Qualifications• 1-3 years of Tech/Non-Tech recruiting experience, working in a medium to high volume, high hiring-bar environment (mixed experience in both agency and corporate is preferred).• Strong sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates.• Desire to work in a dynamic, aggressively growing environment.• Proven ability in building up effective relationships.• Strong communication and influencing skills.
